Was supposed to be online check I. And no contact with location. Truck did not have key, had 1/8 tank of gas and at hat, glove, and water bottle left inside.

Service the trucks and fix them

Returned on Sunday, so store was closed. I was able to find a spot to part the trailer, but there wasn't a lot of room left.

The original location that I was to drop off my Uhaul was actually closed (1005 Arbor Keats Drive). I was not aware of this until I went to drop off the Uhaul. It was rather convenient and though the 106 Lima Street drop off location was not far away, it would've been nice to know when I booked the reservation that the Arbor Keats location would be closed. Overall, I was happy with this experience, however it needs to be noted that the Arbor Keats location is closed for future inquiries.

The trailer was filthy on the inside. The catch to hold the door open was broken off. The man at Tires 2go didn't use my registration number or online check in. Instead, he deleted my reservation and tried to start a new walk-in rental. He kept screwing it up and I ended up doing another reservation myself online.

This process did not go smooth for us. Self check in would not process on our phone. It took us an hour on phone with customer service to get truck keys in our hens only to find out our appliance dolly wasn't on the truck.

Great service. Well maintained equipment. Would use again.

Dale H.

Nice friendly staff. Had truck waiting for us. Will rent from them again.

The truck I had was awful he had to sit on side the road for about 30 mins because the truck skipped so bad

It was really busy, it put me behind on my move. It was like everyone had the same pickup time or something but only one person was working the desk.

Fredrick W.

Professional and Excellent customer service.

This location is fine and very convenient. But today's truck was terrible. It was old and dirty. It was the worst truck I've ever rented.

i rented the truck saturday with a half a tank of fuel and returned it with a half a tank of fuel on saturday. drove 25 miles overall. monday i got the invoice saying i got charged 2 fill up fees equally 91 dollars. long story short, they did credit me the money back. other than that, no complaints

I was very disappointed when picking up my uhaul. The key was said to be in the back of the van I was assigned but it wasn't. It took me 30 min to find it in the back of ANOTHER uhaul. When I tried to call the number the website gave me Incase I couldn't find the key, it said it was no longer in service. I wasted 30 min of my moving time looking for the key. Other than that, the uhaul it's self was fine.

My first time using a tow dolly and the instructions were very easy and clear to follow

Everything moved along good.

This location is by far the best I have ever dealt with

Diana G.

Super friendly and professional. I can get in and out quickly.

This uhaul location did not have the electrical adapter for my standard harness connection. Said their last customer stole their adapter and they didn't have another one. Said I could go next door and by one at Autozone, which I had to do or I would have no trailer lights, signals, etc. Unbelievable & had to pay for something extra that they should have had and provided to their customer.

Elvin R.

No parking ... only grass area next to tire store which was full

Frank K.

Friendly, quick service. Will definitely use this location again if I need a uhaul.

I'll be calling management. I was given a truck with well less than a quarter tank of gas. The person behind the counter said I was receiving a credit because of this which amounted to $11.88. She also rounded down the mileage from the actual reading by 1.4 miles but not the end of the world. The truck is supposed to get 10 mpg. If that's the case, the 13 gal I had to put in the truck immediately should get me roughly 130 miles, correct? She had instructed me to make sure I returned the truck to the drop off location with 1/4 tank. So, after putting 120.9 miles on it (which is really 119.5) order to return the truck at the required 1/4 tank, i had to put more gas in. I ended up putting in 21.59 gallons of gas in total which was about $50. I've since learned it's company policy to credit the customer $30 when the tank is less than 1/4 full. I wouldn't recommend doing business with these people. It wasn't an error or an was an intentional screw-job.

Only minor concerns one trailer chain didn't have the securing strap and one time the door hung up in the open position and I had to pry it open.

Mitch D.

I want to buy one of these trailers!

James K.

There were marker and tail light issues. Water was able to get into the trailer. It was my only option at this pick up location and I was on a tight schedule.
