This location was great. Original reservation place was terrible and both trailers on-site were not in operational order. This place was added to get me a trailer. While dealing with the original reservation, I required U-Haul customer service help, the woman I spoke with could not be bothered about my troubles with the reservation, was very rude, raised her voice at me, and then hung up on me. Fortunately when I called back I got someone different who was very nice and helpful who got me here and taken care of. Worst experience thus far with U-Haul and certainly has me questioning future use.

The location opens at 10AM which is quite late for someone who is moving. I, therefore, had to use the App to log in and pickup the truck. Of course, you can't use the app if there is poor wifi in the area. It was a nightmare. The customer service phone representative hung up on me.
