Usually when having to rent, can be very stressing, and busy,so renter can be very stressed, when I work I DO NOT mind my phone,and to have someone remind you you have a phone,if you were called with a reminder to return rental or other, for instance day light saving was, and rental time was behind 1 hr,on truck so I was basing it on that, which made me a few min late, although was excepted, didn't go without comment!
