The owner of the location was not even there. Truck had no gas in it and was below E. Had to put my own fuel in it. $64 and only used $10 in fuel and could not get a refund. I'm very upset with my experience overall

BELAY A.Original reservation was at a north Spokane location, then was called two days prior to reservation to be told we had to pick it up in Spokane valley at 10 am. We arrived to said valley location, and no truck. There was at least 30 minutes of just dead time before my wife went to the desk and told the employees we weren't leaving without a truck. Finally they started calling other locations. It wasted an hour and a half and gas driving to all the separate locations.
