Never received the code of the locked box in the app. Error message. Had to call. The key of the truck wasn't in the locked box. It's been a chance that an employee passed by the store, because it was closed. Lost an hour of my time for the process.

Normand R.Il a été un peu compliqué de finaliser la location. J'ai dû parler à deux personnes pour remettre ma remorque parce que la première ne savait pas où se situait le point de retour (un stationnement désigné). Également, la 2e personne a qui j'ai parlé n'a pas fait le nécessaire pour clore le dossier. On m'a rappelé deux jours plus tard pour me dire que la location était encore active. À la mention de mes appels, le dossier a été fermé sans plus de question (ce qui est bien).
