The vehicle was not properly maintenanced, there was multiple error codes and the tire sensor was on. The air conditioner wasn't working properly which did not help with the summer heat. The vehicle had damages all around, and I struggled dropping it off due to the online workarounds. The app wouldn't work. They had me take photos and fill information in, which seemed pointless. I'll be calling sometime soon to speak with a rep. The lady at the U-Haul place was amazing, though.

VEONTAE CI had never rented a Uhaul, and I was very nervous as to what I was getting into as well as who I would encounter. I ended up renting two from this location at two different times, and the personel was extremely friendly and kind as well as super helpful! The equipment was exceptional.
