First trailer they showed me was covered in large black ants. The trailer had not been properly cleaned after the prior use. Asked for a different trailer and was given various excuses. Finally gave me a different one but had to wait for some other employee to get back to make the changes. Woman said that she had to connect the trailer but did not know how to connect the electrical connector, she put the 7 pin adapter in sideways.
Jeffrey MShowed up some guy younger answered the door, unwilling to help unhook the trailer, my 80 year old aunt and I did by ourselves. The site looked more like an old junkyard to me
