I waited 1.5 hours for a key due to it not being in the box
Liza AThe check in process was very confusing. Despite submitting my drivers license the night before, I had trouble verifying everything through the check in process and had to scan it multiple times. It would’ve gone smoother and faster if the license verification and other contact verification had been done previously to the live check in process
Peter RIt was like Voyager Liquors isn’t part of the U-Haul network. When my phone unexpectedly died I was told by Voyager that they couldn’t process my return and I would have to drive the truck home incurring more mileage costs.
