It’s a ghetto location , it’s terrible, service was poor and never again . The guy tried to be nice but poor service

MATTHEW CThe location is very difficult to get in/out. When I picked up the truck from Knoxville, it had a little less than a quarter of a tank (90 miles to empty). When I returned it two days earlier than my contract allowed with more than a quarter of a tank (121 miles to empty), I was charged an additional $14.40 for 3 gallons of gas to which I called U-Haul and was told that it will be credited back to my credit card. I showed the receiving agent at the drop off location pictures of the dashboard at the pick up location and when I dropped off the truck but he didn’t want to see it. It’s not the $15 additional charge but the principle of it, very disappointing!!!! Please convey my concern to drop off location: Neep Qwik 1301 N Howard Ave Tampa, FL 33607 Thanks, Ghulam Nessar
GHULAM SThe blankets weren't all folded up so we had no idea how many we really got. I was supposed to get 24. That said, when we went to load, we counted as we used them and only got 22. So, I was charged for more than we got.
