The drop off location changed to during my rental. I had to call the line and ask to have it changed back and there was an extra $5 charge. Not sure what happened but I was able to drop off where I wanted.

Allow me to add vehicle license plate to my SunPass account so I can pay the toll without having pay the fee through Uhaul. When I attempted to add the license plate it stated it was linked to another account and would not allow me to add the vehicle to my account.
The stickers on the dolly with the instructions were scratched beyond being able to read them. Maybe periodic updating of these would make them easier to read.
The employee that handled the transaction at the store was beyond incredibly rude, not to mention so unprofessional that I took a recording
There was a plate that held the wiring harness in place that ha was supposed to have 4 rivets to hold in place. 3 WERE MISSING. As the UHAUL person in Tampa said, "this should have never gone out like this. There must have been a short in the wiring going through the tubular frame which cause the tail lights to go on and off while driving at night. I had to pull the vehicle off, wait till morning and have another person follow me to Tampa and then follow me to the dropoff per UHAUL reference number 1741802, since Uhaul would not pick up the defective dolly.. The guy didnâ€™t know what he was doing. Miscalculated the miles I was going so o was charged additional. Also failed to tell me it was due back at a certain time.
The pickup location was changed. My reservation was for Uhaul on Gandy Blvd. When I got there, waited in line, was told my reservation was at different location. No one contacted me to tell me my pickup location had changed. This is unacceptable. I drove from out of town to pick up a truck at a location that I chose. I had no idea where the other uhaul rental place was located. SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED ME TO LET ME KNOW MY CHOSEN PICKUP LOCATION HAD CHANGED!!!
Stephanie Herrera at this location was professional and courteous, the customer before me really gave her a unnecessary hassle and was rude, but by the time that customer left, the representative was still very composed and expedited my services since I was on a time crunch. She is over worked and unappreciated! My review is a direct reflection of this uhaul location and Stephanie.
Rep was new and wasnâ€™t trained up yet, but was extremely courteous and also apologized for his lack of knowledge. We all have to start somewhere and that is fine! This is the only reason a higher mark wasnâ€™t given since it took a LONG time to checkout with the vehicle. Checking in was not done online since my husband does not have a smart phone and I was not with him. In spite of that, all went well, and we are extremely satisfied with our experience.

Make sure the uhaul is in working condition and have enough staff members to fix the problem, the truck had a dead battery and I had to go and purchase the battery and help install it! Pickup was at 9 am and we did not leave until almost noon and had to reschedule my movers for a later time as they were supposed to be at my home at 10:30am. Just an all around mess.

The manager I believe his name was Mark Parker. Absolutely amazing and very kind and helpful. This was my first time using U-Haul and it was such an easy and pleasant experience! Outstanding!
I left the fuel tank WAY above what was required and you still charged me for 11 extra miles!! What a rip off. So now you have move gas and more money on miles even though YOU miscalculated the milage. I went from the uhaul to old house straight to new house then to uhaul facility. You guys always try to get the last dollar from people just trying to move.
The individual who handled my registration was incredibly rude and unfriendly.

I was running behind and got a voicemail saying that they were going to give my reservation to someone else calling looking for one if I didnâ€™t call back within 15 minutes. However, the lady was very nice when I got there. As she was doing paperwork the lady who they were trying to give my reservation to showed up and her response to the other lady was â€œshe beat you to it.â€ It was very uncomfortable. When I got to the car the seat position handle was broken and being 5â€™2 I could not reach the pedal. I had to sit on the edge of the seat and was unable to wear a seatbelt. The lady working tried to fix it and could not so I took off as is hoping the movers waiting for me could fix it. They couldnâ€™t. I am five months pregnant and had to drive a uhaul truck with no seatbelt. When I returned and told the lady that I was unable to get it moved forward, her response was â€œwell the only thing I can do for you is give you a free storage unit.â€ I thought that was pretty ridiculous considering we had a conversation upon pickup stating that I was moving all of my stuff out of my storage unit and that I was happy to finally get everything out into my apartment. There was also a problem with the air conditioning and she had mentioned that previous renters had mentioned something about it not working as well. Pretty horrible customer service Iâ€™d have to say.
