Customer service was excellent. The truck needed a little work, missing gas cap. But, the office was aware of the situation and informed me. The staff were professional and friendly!

This location was very convenient as it is close to my home, clean and my household items were being stored here as well ? The drop off process was very simple and easy !
WILLIE BI was told that the truck was 3/4 full of gas and that I had to bring it back with 3/4 full of gas, when I got to my house,less than 2 miles away, it was only 1/2 full, I tried to call the girl at the pick up location and no one answered. I drove the truck less than 40 miles and it cost me $50.00. I am not a Happy customer.

LIANNE CIt was closed, so I just did a drop off. The location was a little hidden and kind of scary since I dropped off alone at night. The app accidentally closed on me, so I didn't get to upload the passenger side or front of the truck. I do have them if you need them
