The people are not experienced in delivery, they lack a lot of cleanliness in the car, we had a o clean the interior.

Benjamin PStaff was not yet trained on rental prep or procedures. There was nothing to indicate that the location was not ready for business even though I did everything on-line. Staff did work hard to rectify the situation but had difficulty in getting in touch with the guy in charge of rentals, who was not on site. We finally got things set up but it was terribly inconvenient as we had driven over two hours to get the truck needed to move some equipment from Lakeside to our place in Port Colborne.
