I ordered a 20 for truck and got a 15' truck and it still cost the same I was quoted. Had to make an extra trip.

There were computer problems at both pick up and return. It was very time-consuming.
Lee RNo weekend hrs. My phone did not work for truck share to self-checkin. When I talked to Uhaul, it seems to be a known problem - 'go to the red shed' Good thing it worked on one of my helper's phones. Uhaul should probably get a better geolocation for this site or expand the radius slightly around this one. Also, I was forced to mark the survey with 'were the personnel helpful?' even thought I did a self-checkin. Another change that should be done on the Uhaul web site. In this case, it would be more correct to be able to select 'N/A'
