This was the worst experience as i was overcharged. I was charged 23 or so dollars for "clean up" and that is total crap. The van was returned just as clean as it was when we picked it up. I emailed be gave never received any reasons whatsoever. Bad way to do business.

I honestly believe at this location everyone is charged a fee for refueling or cleaning the van after returning it, and the fee is dropped IF they call to complain. When I was picking up the van, the person running the office was on a phone conversation with someone for this exact reason. I had to call, too -- I returned the van in spotless condition and refueled it completely, but still was charged. The charge was reversed when I call.

Hi! I don't understand why I have received from you guys two different receipts of payment...one of $90.57 and other of $173.96 both of them are huge mistakes. First of all when I made my reservation I chose a 15' truck and put the mileage that I was supposed to drive something around 15km for the whole trip. On the Saturday 2nd when I went to get the keys I was told that the internet service was down and the guy wasn't able to get all the infos about the rental of that day so the key of 10' truck was given to me because there wasn't any 15' truck available. Secondly I was told that for the above reason I would not be charged for extra km and gas since I had to make more trips than I'd need. Even though I knew it would take more time and change my entire plan of moving I accepted this condition. Finally I expect that you fix this disrespectful situation ASAP, I will not pay anything extra for this rental. This situation wasn't caused by me. I got problems on last Saturday and now I'm getting this?

No attendant on duty when I picked up truck - I entered the unlocked office and waited 5-10 minutes for him to return. Truck compartment was covered with dust and debris (unswept). When I picked truck up, the clerk said he was out of paper so he could not print me a receipt/contract but would email it instead. I did not receive the emailed contract while on premise and when I did look at contract I noticed that the gas reading was wrong and the mileage reading was wrong too. It said the gas tank was 1/4 full when it was actually 2/3 full (this was an error in my favour, but I still filled the tank up to the 2/3 full level upon return). However, the mileage reading on the contract was lower than the actual odometer reading on the truck and as a result I was overcharged for approx 20 miles. I have called the Uhaul location no less than 5 times today and there was no answer anytime, so very poor customer service and fleet management. I am a dissatisfied customer!

The only problem is that the cargo van (which was new, only 5,000 Km) stunk of cigarettes. You should consider having a non smoking option. Driving ~500K in a smelly van is not pleasant.

the owner at this location didn't know how to attach the trailer to my car - I was having a little difficulty doing it on my own. I had to correct him to tell him to twist the chain before hooking on to my car so it wouldn't drag on the ground and I had to ask him to check my lights (at which point he just stood behind my CAR) and I had to tell him I needed him to check on the trailer!

Terrible access due to construction, It took me one hour and a half to get there, even though I was 50 meters far; and just because it was a one way road, so I was forced to turn around and use 15 extra km, of course charged to me, plus 10 CAD extra gas, to be able to arrive to the place.

Truck was disgustingly dirty and smelled of smoke The rear door was padlocked and only fortunately we realized before agency closed at noon( 15 minutes to spare) Whomever we contacted got us the info that was texted to us but he was unbelievably rude- Won't use again and will tell anyone who asks never to use uhaul Used Enterprise previously - they were excellent-you should take lessons

Horrible experience, I would never go back or recommend this location to anyone. I originally called about a cargo van, when I get there they have a 20 foot truck waiting for me (whatever not a big deal). Then I am given a cargo van with an empty tank so first thing I gotta do is go to a gas station to fill up. Mind you the truck is dirty, there's all kinds of spills in the trays and it smells funky. The guy working there does not even record the mileage, it's a good thing I did. When I return the truck the guy working there tells me my bill is $130. Mind you I had the truck for one hour. He tells me it's because I did too many kilometres, which I will mention again, he did not record. He tells me I did a 130km. In truth I did 32km. At this point my card is already charged to that $130 dollar amount, which this dude calls an "authorization amount". In my email I have three different receipts all showing three different amounts. If my card is not charged the correct amount Im definitely going back there, and honestly I won't be surprised if I have to go back. The person with me told this guy that he has horrible customer service and that she does not trust him to which he answered "I don't care if customers come, I only works here and I don't care if you don't trust me". This has to be the worst place of business I have ever entered. Will never do business there again, EVER.

I booked my truck for pick up at Dundas and River, and was notified the night before my reservation that I had no choice but to pick up at 1460 castlefield (which is on the opposite side of the city from where I live). This involved more than 2 hours out of my day, and was a huge inconvenience. I would have booked another location or service if I had known. Second, the office is disgusting. The gentleman who helped me was kind enough, however, the truck I was given was clearly returned with no gas - and as a result I picked up a truck with the gas light already on. I would expect to be refunded for the 1/4 tank of gas I had to pay for and didn't use. Not professional, or fair at all. finally, I had arranged for a furniture dolly in my reservation. No dolly was available at this pick up location. Very frustrating.

I reaerve 17’ truck while when I get there I was advised that no truck 17’ available and instead take 15’ As of this result my staff not fully moved and I have to Rebook it to other day and I was charged as I have 17’ truck 29.99$

My U-Haul pick up was moved to this location and I was not notified. The time was also not correct. When the person from this location called to ask where I was to pick up my vehicle, he was rude right off the bat, as he thought I was late to pick it up, but I actual fact, when I booked my truck online, i had chosen a later pickup time. The whole experience of the location being moved and me not notified added substantial stress to an already stressful move.
