The trailer leaked. I was hauling antique grandfather clocks. Luckily I had no damage. I did report the leak when I returned the trailer.

This is the 4th or 5th time I've rented a trailer from this location. Had a good experience every time. I wish U-Haul would add some additional features inside the enclosed trailers for securing the loads however.

The only issue was a dent that wasn't marked when I picked it up but the representative quickly fixed that issue with no complaints and I was on my way.

I think charging someone for mileage is ridiculous. Not knowing what someone's circumstances are it is a lot of money to charge. I had to move in a pinch and not really having the extra money was hard. It cost me more for mileage then to rent the Uhaul

The equipment was clean, However U-Haul did not maintain this 2005 Ford 17 foot van. The AC only works for about seven minutes, then turns off. Going to Max AC helped once, for about three minutes. If you are charging full retail, and .79 per mile plus insurance, then I expect everything to work. Your retailer was kind enough to do service recovery. This is a great retailer, can't say much for U-Haul though.

I did the self-pickup and the truck was ready to go, smooth as pie. To return the truck, I went inside. The two staff there were clearly doing their jobs but they didn't acknowledge me when there was a break (No "Hi. I'll be with you in just a minute.") and the guy who checked the truck back in for me never actually greeted me at all. ("You returning?" was the best it got.) He did at least thank me in the end but a "Hi" and a half a smile at the very least, would go a long way to making customers' experiences more pleasant.

I reserved this van on Friday 7/21 at the Piqua Store & Lock location. I was never advised that the location changed. My employee went to pick up the vehicle on Monday 7/24 and was told that our reservation was not there and there were no vehicles available. I then had to drive 30 minutes away to pick up the vehicle that I had reserved and was almost 1 hour late. This vehicle was needed to make a delivery to a customer of mine and therefore my delivery was late. I will not be reserving a U-Haul again unless I have no other options as this event cost my company money & time.

The U-Haul computer network was down when the representative tried to enter the reservation online. After a lengthy time trying to get through the online reservation process, the representative called the U-Haul assistance phone number and was informed that the online reservation system had been down and they didn't know when it would be back up. The representative then went through the process of manually filling out the paper contract form, which took additional time. I would suggest that U-Haul should have some type of notification system set up to notify U-Haul locations immediately when the online reservation system is down. That would have saved me at least twenty minutes waiting to complete the reservation process. Otherwise, the location and the representative who served me were both fine.

The process took a bit too long getting into the truck. Didn't have assistance right away and had to wait for some one to help. Rate little high for the short time I had it. The location was ideal, but it all depends where you live.
