Put a real drop box back up if you’re not going to staff the location during business hours I had to call CS to figure out a way to leave the keys took an extra 15minites - not very fun when you’ve been moving all day

GERARD KWe received a vehicle with a quarter tank. Left it with a half tank. Not sure if cost is accounted for but that would be the only concern. Always a nice experience from Design Bar.
Andrew SThe frustrating thing was getting the confirmation calls for my emergency contacts. It took 20 minutes longer to check in than if we were to verify contacts ahead of time. I kept thinking to myself: “what if I had a 6am check in time?” Or “what if my listed contacts were in a different time zone?” I think this issue can easily be resolved by making it a part of the reservation process instead of the check in process.
