I assumed equipment would be checked upon return. Station attendant was very friendly & helpful but I wasn’t comfortable just leaving truck there.

we picked a truck and trailer at this location, the lady there was not helpful, did not review the condition of the truck, check the gas gage, mileage and if the lights worked. we asked for blankets she said get them yourself from the storage room,. we climbed over gas cans grabbed blankets thrown all over the floor and had to pull them over a ladder. While driving we found out the brake lights and turning signals were not working. We wasted over an hour of our time returning and then going to a different location to get them fixed. The folks on Ina took care of everything, the Magee location was terrible. The place was filthy and the lady there could care less about taking care of us. We returned some of the blankets that we didnt need she would not return the charge and would not issue a receipt that they we returned them. She even told us to take them back to her filthy store room that stuck of gasoline. She treated us horribly and didnt care about any solving any of the truck problems. She even said she wont fix anything all she would do is collect the money and give us the keys. She finally scribbled a note on junk paper saying we returned the 2 dozen blankets. she was so horrible and could care less if we had truck problems or potentially an accident since the lights were not working. obviously driving without brake lights endangered us and other people and she could care less. we will never use uhaul again while you continue to do business with the Magee location and this lazy, irresponsible lady. She was the manager. I believe you owe us for 2 dozens blankets, gasoline used driving back and forth about 50 miles and for the time we wasted while trying to leave town. Of course we couldnt spend anymore time arguing with that horrible lady because we were already late do to her negligence.

The lady was a little rude but not terrible. The truck ran great but rode like crap. it has a bad tire or something it bounced so bad i could hardly get over 55 - 60 in a 75 zone. When I informed the lady she said oh.

Was sent text directing me t wrong location for pickup. Truck alignment was way off, rude pick-up attendant in Tucson and all around very inefficient process of booking / pickup. Will not be using uhaul again.

I made my reservation for the truck and the dolly. I was told that the dolly was inside the truck. However we got to our destination and it was not there. I asked repeatedly to have the dolly charge removed and I was still charged for it. It caused a huge inconvenience and I still had to pay.

So I went in to this location. They had a small uhaul out side I asked if I could get that one thd guy said sure. And asked for my Id and credit card. I gave it to him. I gave him the address of my drop off location. He then handed me the key. Did not take me out sode to look at the truck or give me a copy of the contract or paperwork. Anyways he charged me 79.14 for my trip. Well I get to the drop off location and they say the guy messed up and put it an intown trip and it should of been 1 way. So I get charged another 118.00$ on my husbands card. They said that the 79.00 hold on my card would be released in a week. I was mis quoted. Over charged. And was not exsplained anything. I left the second location frustrated. Oh and I called customer service and they did nothing. I will never ever ever recommend uhaul or use them again.

Although the CHEVRON/UHAUL operator on duty was respectful and cheerful, she appeared to lack a complete understanding of the computer processing for the Uhaul rental. During the information exchange, she was unable to discern the information present on my Washington DL, and in fact, during the processing, my DL inexplicably disappeared and I did not discover same until I had returned to my Wa. home and turned the rental unit in. Calling the Tuscon outlet, it was immediately acknowledged that "she" had my Wa DL and "couldn't decide what to do with it " . We agreed that she would promptly mail said DL to me. We shall see.

Was sent to this location when Ina Rd did not have my truck as reserved. Terrible truck, rep no knowledgable, forgot my furniture pads, truck ran poorly. Called Ina Rd & thankfully they swapped me out for a new, low mileage truck, had my pads ready & gave me an additional day due to the snafu. NEVER send anyone to the Magee location. Ina Rd was GREAT!!! Good reps and customer service.

The tenant at this gas station was completely incompetent and rude on our arrival. The only silver lining of this entire was having pleasure of speaking to Elizabeth (the manager) who was speedy and corrected everything for us in a respectful manner. Thank you, Elizabeth!

The owner could not do her job. It took her 7 tries entering my information before she finally gave up and just did it all wrong. I ended up having to call customer service to change everything. At least she showed up for work unlike the employees at the Ina location who still weren’t open at 9:45 AM.
