Contact number does not answer. Awful location in a unsafe area. Did not know how unsafe the street the location is on was until after the fact. Seriously, Sullivant Ave is the worst street in the most dangerous area of Columbus. Serious malpractice to let a drop off location reside in that area, especially when the staff are not knowledgeable of the process, and the contact number isn't active. Can not stress enough how ridiculous the location felt, serious malpractice.
