The person who manages this location is terrible. Stores hours were 8am-6pm, my pickup time was 9:30am. I showed up a few minutes early and the office was closed/locked. I called the number and someone told me he would be down to open the door in 10 minutes. I waited 10 minutes, nothing. Waited another 5, door was still locked and no one was inside. Called, no answer. Waited 5 minutes, called no answer. Knocked and called until 10am. No answer. Waited 45 minutes total and got nothing. The craziest part is I did all the online check in stuff, so all he had to do was hand me a key and I would be gone. I had a small window of time to do what I needed and this unprofessional manager wasted that time. Also the trucks and vans were parked in a patch of grass and weeds off of a very busy street in Vallejo. This location should be shut down

This location only had 2 vehicles in the entire lot on the day I picked up. Location was closed by 3:30 pm on my drop off date. Wbe my experience was good, I would not recommend this location to a friend. Location is too small, making availability of rentable vehicles a hit and miss. It also seems like the struggle to keep the doors open all day. Not enough personnel to man the station.
