I appreciated the ease of after-hours pickup. Adding more lighting would be helpful, as it was very dark and hard to see.

The remote key pickup and return process with U-Haul was super convenient and efficient—made the whole rental experience smooth and easy. The truck ran well and met all my moving needs. The only downside was the cleanliness of the cab area. There were old receipts and crumbs under the seat, which suggests it could use a more thorough cleaning between rentals. Still, overall a solid experience and I’d use them again!
