It was a hassle getting the keys due to the self service function! I was there over an hour on the phone with customer service trying to get it done! Not to mention I had reservations at another Uhaul spot in Baton Rouge that same morning but when I arrived no one answered the door or the many phone calls I made while sitting in their parking lot! Upon renting I was offered a storage unit (one month free) but was never given any information, was never asked or even offered one when I dropped it off! I've been meaning to call but I'm a single mom with a 3 year old who's been sick this entire move! This has been a nightmare!
