I reserved a truck only. When I got to my house to start loading, there was an appliance dolly inside.

No one in the office during business hours. No one on property when the number was called. This was at approximately 3:30 pm on a Weds. No one answered. This is not a location for a 26’ truck to be returned to unless specific instructions are made before hand to leave the truck in the street. There is absolutely no room to park nor turn around. See below about towing company: I called and told them what the tow truck company told me to do with the part removed. I had no call back nor acknowledgement of the situation and they offered nothing as to a fix but to call customer service. Basically a “could care less attitude” and let someone else deal with a part being removed from a returned truck.
