When I arrived at 11 am the business was not open. I had to call uhaul and they dispatched someone to the place . More time wasted .
Tina A.The store was closed when I got there. Had to wait for someone to show up. The drop off location in NC had been closed for some time as well. The trailer had a nail in the tire when I got it and I couldn't get it fixed at one of your locations in Waukesha because they said they do not service/fix their equipment, so I went to a parts store after waiting for a few hours near by and got a tire plug kit, I pulled the nail and plugged the tire. Your road side assistance is worthless. It took them 4 1/2 hours to call me back. Had I tried to drive the distance I had to cover with the nail in the tire I would surely have had a very bad time of it. The roads in Chicago, Indianapolis and the mountains are really dangerous. Getting a flat tire out there could surely spell disaster for anyone trying to get out on those roads to change/fix a tire. Better off to pay attention and not end up in that kind of a situation. It would also be a good idea to equip your trailers with a spare tire as well. It occurs to me that I rented one of your trailers about 35 or forty years ago, and I lost a tire because the bearings came apart. I'm sure it was lack of servicing the bearings that caused that failure. I have not had very good luck with your firm now or in the past, and it hasn't gotten much better. Pay attention to the condition of your dealers and the service of your equipment. Those should be the basics to have and keep a successful organization.
Robert S.Tires were bad-had to have someone come and replace 2 of them. One blew enroute to our destination, also bugs in uhaul
Paul B.5 inch gash in the tire ... When they were aware we'd be driving 2000+ miles. Said don't worry it was inspected. (We had u-haul replace before leaving)
