The attendant, Jen, was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable about the rental process. Cargo van was cleaner than what I expected and in near new condition; very easy to drive; very good mechanical condition. Price was a little higher than I anticipated;; however, it was worth it for the convenience.

Everything was perfect. Needed a last minute truck and the attendant was very helpful. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very impressed.
GIOVANNI CThe check out process was extremely painful 😣 I had to keep getting a code. Every time I took a picture to add it to the profile. It was so so very painful. I was taking pictures of the interior when it logged me out a 4th or 5th time. And then said I didn't have a reservation anymore. So I assumed I got through the check out process enough.
JENNIFER FThey had the truck ready when they said they would. They were friendly and answered our questions. The delivery went well and we had the truck back when we said we would. Everything went well.
LYNN LThe van I rented was filthy. The steering wheel was sticky , the seats were dirty and the drivers compartment floor was in serious need od vacuuming and a wash. The cargo area had a thick layer what appeared to be mulch. Also the windshield wipers are in need of replacement.
