Terrible.. I got switched from one U-Haul dealership to this one. they had no blankets for me or my TV box that I prepaid for. I then had to go on a wild goose chase for blankets. They sent me to another U-Haul location and they didn’t have blankets. Then I had to go to the main hub all in all drove around for about an hour and a half with U-Haul and a trailer to get blankets that I needed.
Joe PDude told me I would be paying 708 after taxes if I took it where they wanted it and he charged me 980 and when I tried to take care of the situation with uhaul they said the manager ( the one who over charged me ) confirmed that he said 980 after taxes but when I asked for the proof where he said that they refused then I offered to give them the voice recording of him saying it they refused. Fuck uhaul they are scam artists. Gave me a truck with only 50 miles until empty and said it was a quarter tank. Would absolutely never go to this scumbag
