Overcharged for gas …. False claims
AHMED UWhile the 15' truck I rented was very clean, it is my opinion the truck didn't run very well. I was concerned it might give up on me but I was local and wasn't worried because I purchased the insurance. It felt like the transmission was dragging or like I was driving with the emergency brake or tow on and I wasn't. The padlock was an extra bonus I had not thought about. Valerie goes above and beyond every time I go in and she is always a pleasure to deal with.
DAWN WBetter maintenance and newer equipment would be an improvement. Cargo area was dirty and cluttered, side mirrors were loose, fuel tank was nearly empty. $19.95 is a joke! You need to move the decimal one place to the right to accurately advertise your product. False advertising!
