My reservation was pushed 4 hours. The staff also wasn't able to answer some of my questions. Like how much the rental would be. I also was scared this would be some sort of scam… like they'd claim I'd damaged it. I could do the check out process through the link.

This location is the local BP gas station. Unfortunately, the gas station is located in the City near the train station/railroad tracks. It is not a bad location, but it isn't good either. It is, however, conveniently located and normally has various sizes of UHaul trucks available.
