I made the reservation a week in advance for a 10 foot truck at 2:30 pm on a Friday. I was called on the day I made the reservation to be told they would be giving me a 15' van at the cost of a 10' because that's all they had availability. Thursday night I received a text asking to confirm my pickup at 5pm. I called because I had made my reservation at 2:30, and had made plans with people to when and where to help me move. They did not let me know my reservation was changed or had the possibility of changing in an appropriate amount of time. I changed my schedule to pick up the van at 5pm, only they didn't have my truck in. So they gave me a 20' van and charged me for the 15' van. What I was expecting to me about $150 including van, insurance, and mileage ended up being $252. No one could tell me where the extra $100 was coming from. After calling U-haul customer service I thought I was receiving help but was hung up on, whether accidentally or not I have found uhaul extremely unhelpful and will not be using them again.

The woman who was working when my wife returned the vehicle was extremely rude to my wife because she could not find our contract in her system even though my wife had the printed contract right in front of her. All this after a 22 hour drive. She told her she had no business dropping off at that location even though that location WAS THE VERY ONE PRINTED ON THE CONTRACT! This woman should not be working for you.,

I called prior to move to ask if they would be open Saturday. Female on phone said yes. They weren't. unaware that phone settings wouldn't allow location to work. Turned out It was settings in my browser. took way too long to check vehicle in waiting on support. I will say support was helpful.

I live in Rocky Mount NC and as a customer I go by reviews a lot, out of all the u haul locations in my area had the worst reviews, I decided to look in Wilson NC came upon the Ward Blvd location read all the reviews and they all were excellent, so I chose them! The reviews were right they were extremely friendly and the cargo van was outstandingly clean, they gave me my options and even went out and measured the cargo space to see if my items fit! I highly recommend this location! It's inside a laundry mat but still a nice place!! Great Job U-Haul

I received 2 charges from U-haul, and the initial charge included all necessary adjustments including gas mileage etc and I'm ok with that. But I also received a 2nd charge for something that NO ONE has been able to tell me what it is for. I've called the main U-haul number and was told that I would have to wait for the charge to come out of a Pending status before they can do anything because on their end they're only seeing the initial charge and I understand that too however my bank says that a Pending
