The location offered no help or support whatsoever. I had an issue with the lock code and asked for help, but the store clerk played dumb. He denied any affiliation or association with uhaul, which was strange to me. I had to figure out a solution on my own, which in most cases I would be okay with, but i was outside in the rain. On top of that when I was finally able to access my rental, it was dirty with animal hair and mud. Which led me to believe that the van was most likely not even sanitized and with the ongoing pandemic is a must clean and sanitize rentals after they are returned. Prior to all that, the online system wouldn't allow me access to the lock code without further verification. Which would have been nice to receive a prior notice that that was needed. I've rented uhauls various times in the past, the most recent was within the last month. I didn't have issues then and didn't understand why it was needed or an issue this time around. Definitely not a easy nor a convenient experience.

I rented from this location on the 3rd of October. I received a bill for the 31st of October stating I owe additional money. This is outrageous! I rented a $19.95 cargo van for 6 hours and paid the charges. Now I'm getting a bill for the 31st in the amount of $89.95 for the cargo van rental for 6 hours. Absolutely unexceptable!

The rig was quite dusty and dirty. That's ok though, because of the wildfires in the area. It is acceptable as long as I'm not charged for returning a dirty vehicle.

Have local people answer the phone calls. I'm not local, and trying to get service from somebody that is not from the area as well was very difficult. Ended up driving an extra 25 miles because of it.

The van was unlocked and the key box was unlocked when we arrived. The vehicle was clean-ish.

Check in and out were both very frustrating on line. First there was no signal then the location didn't show went on and on. It was especially difficult at the end of the day when i was tired and the "quick" process took half an hour. Finally, I tried calling the phone number on your web and was told to expect at LEAST a 20 minute wait, that was the last straw. I took pictures, locked the keys in the lick box and left vowing to NEVER use this system again. When we finally were able to hook up i was offered no compensation for this heinous situation.
