There was a limited choice in the size of trucks to rent. The office staff were very nice both at the location, & at the main office at UHaul corporate.

Very accommodating
MICHAEL BAfter hour drop off was somewhat complicated and the driveway/parking lot was icy and difficult to maneuver. Also, I think the late fee of $55 with safe move is excessive when it was clear no one else was waiting for the truck when we got there and were only a few hours late.
