The building itself is a DUMP! the front door accessing the building is broken. My unit was infested with mice!!!!!! Thank goodness my stuff was stored in plastic totes. I couldn't imagine the horrors I would have walked into if my stuff had been stored in cardboard boxes! It's in a sketchy location as well. I will never recommend this property. The staff deserve better.

South W | Overall ExperienceThe front counter representative could barely speak English and frustrated the two people at the counter prior to me being helped, along with the other counter lady who ignored everyone in the line up instead of greeting them and saying “ hello, sorry I’m busy but this gentleman will be with you shortly” Then watched the front counter guy try to communicate/guide a lady trying to back up a trailer into a spot, she couldn’t hear him, he didn’t speak clear English, he doesn’t know hand signals. My best suggestion is quit hiring people who don’t know how to even speak clearly, know how to be a customer service representative or know the job thoroughly to be proficient and keep himself out of danger (backing up the trailer) or causing damage to the facility and equipment, never the less frustrate EVERY person who came to the counter. That was in my 45 minute trip there. Imagine every day. Never the less when I picked up my trailer from the convenience store that has them, asked the rep to check my lights, he said everything was okay, I could see the penny lights were not lighting up, asked the man if they were working on the back, he said “yes, sure are!” I go around the back and see they aren’t. I asked him if he knew what he was talking about, he didn’t reply, I checked the four pin connector and found one of the terminals rotten off with corrosion. He then says “ya it needs fixing, the last customer said that” I then explained that he knew of the damage, lack of function and legality behind this and he was still willing to not say a word had I not had the knowledge to do a lights check. Sad excuse of a company you’re coming to be. I wish I wouldn’t be in the bind I’m in to where I didn’t have to use your facility or equipment.
