Elevator has been broken for weeks, and was inconvenient.
FRANCINE C | Overall ExperienceThe lack of a working elevator is unacceptable for a storage facility renting units on an upper floor. The on-site movers were helpful but the lack of attention towards getting the elevator fixed is baffling. Also found small bugs infesting multiple boxes of my things.

Definitely not something I would recommend to my friends who live in DC and want to store stuff. Having to clime three flights of stairs is not fun. Great staff though!!!

Elena M | Overall ExperienceElevator broken I had to go to 3rd floor. No AC working. Heard elevator has been down about 2 months. This was so horrible. You think besides having someone help move items. They would give you a discount on unit or something. It’s like no one knows or cares. Just taking the funds. It felt like a sauna in the bldg. now getting to front desk room they had full blown AC working. But no elevator this was the worse experience ever. I had no choice at this time to use unit. Unbelievable
KEANDRA G | Online Move InThe elevator was broken, which we were not told prior to arrival despite the fact that we made the storage reservation months in advance. We were told upon arrival with a full box truck of things to store that our unit was on the 3rd floor, with no working elevator and to just carry our furniture and belongings up 3 flights of stairs. Staff offered no alternatives or empathy to the situation or option to rebook at a different location, leading us to sit on hold with customer service for an hour to find an alternative, adding hours to our moving process. The fact that we were not notified at all about the elevator outage or offered an alternative location or 1st floor option prior to our arrival at all is extremely unprofessional and terrible customer service.

Furthermore the “movers” who would replace the elevators do not work on Sundays and take vacation during the busiest moving season of the year in July. Not only this but, none of this information is displayed BEFORE booking a unit, leading to lost time and bad planning.
