No one was at this location shortly after 4:30 in the afternoon. I had many issues with the app so a representative would of been helpful to talk to. GPS would not work properly in the app then I had to wait on a U-Haul rep to call and verify my wife's phone number. Very frustrating trying to pick up the equipment. Will never use the U-Haul app to pick up a truck again.Michael J.

***** ******* ******, fix your ******* piece of **** app. **** me, I took 7 ********* pictures of the ******* odometer and it said it couldn't ******* recognize it. I took 12 ******* stretched, sideways picture of my own ******** face, then it ******* restarted on me. Spoke with business owner about a 26ft truck a week prior to the date I needed it. He said he should have one. If not, he was to call me the day before. I never received a call. I received a text message 5 minutes before my scheduled pick-up asking what time I'd be there to pick up a 15ft truck. I immediately called & stated my concerns/complaints. I was moving out of state & a 15ft truck was simply not going to work. Ended up renting two 15ft trucks, which cost us more money than the one 26ft truck. The people at Avant were very helpful. My problem was with Uhaul. I reserved the small truck not until I arrived at my location to pick up was I notified there was no truck. Had to call Uhaul. They tried to text me on a house number, instead of calling or sending email they did nothing. Guy on phone located a truck a size larger 65 miles away. Will give it to me for same price. Makes it sound like a bargain. Not what I want, in the long run will cost more on gas not to mention the gas to go pick it up. Also gives me extra 100 miles and a day I don't want or need. On the way to get the truck we pass another uhaul center 20 miles before we get to the one they sent us to with plenty of the same size they put me in. I will never use Uhaul again. I will add the man I picked the truck up from was very kind and even called our family back after the mix up to let them know we were on the road. Avant Automotive was fine. Uhaul corporate not so good. 1st online rental was for 15 foot truck at T. Cassidy. I go to pick up truck and guy tells me that they haven't had a 15 foot truck in weeks. He then tells me that he has nothing else for me to rent. I contact Uhaul corporate for clarification, and they change me reservation to another location about 18 miles away for a 1:30 pickup. I kept telling the Uhaul employee that two (2) 15 foot trucks were available at Avant Automotive, about 2.5 miles from my home. The representative kept telling that Avant was not a 24 hour truck rental. Multiple times told her that it was because I just rented a 15 foot truck there last weekend on Saturday and returned on Sunday with my cellphone due to business being closed. I get to 2nd location and it is closed with no mobile/online pickup. I called Uhaul again, finally speaking to a supervisor. I explained the ordeal Multiple times. She was going to send me to a Uhaul location 45 minutes away 1 way then another location over an hour away, one way! I kept asking about the $50 guaranteed reservation, but she wouldn't respond, only trying to send me a ways away to get a truck. I even mentioned that Avant had 2 trucks available. She still kept trying to reserve a truck far off. I told her never mind that I would do another online rental for Avant Automotive, that online says that 2 15 foot trucks are available and I just drove by and visually saw the two trucks beside the road. Finally she said that she could do the reservation for me. I am now several hours behind moving and extremely ill. She said that she would have a regional manager call me about my extremely unpleasant experience, that she made notes about everything that happened and that I requested the $50 reservation guarantee. She also said that she would call me back on Tuesday to ensure that the regional manager had contacted me and that everything worked out to my satisfaction. It is now the next Tuesday and no one has contacted me in anyway. No phone calls or emails! Extremely disgusted in Uhaul customer service. Not a pleasant experience!Rodney H.

No one was at the location. I cannot imagine it being easy to rent from this location since it is not open for regular business. Maybe they make appointments. I did find it fairly easy to do the electronic check-in. I do prefer to work with people though. That way I know everything is okay when I leave the rental.Jovan A.

Will's location is brand new, conveniently along Bobo Newsome, but you won't find a more helpful, good person to work with. We had a split contract and were renting a Uhaul from another location and a tow dolly from Will's locationâ€”he accommodated us on picking it up late (packing hazards) and then, when the tow dolly connected to the truck and we realized the truck's fuse was shot, Will drove to his home to get a replacement fuse from his personal stash so we could get on the road to Connecticut. He went above and beyond to try to fix a mistake that was not his, and he was so kind and accommodating (in 95 degree heat). Thanks, Will, and good luck!Roxane D.
