The truck had pallets and what looked like cat litter in the back. The pics showed the outside. They were non communicative with the drop off location about having left the back in such bad condition. I had to dispose of the pallets to avoid a fee at drop off. Very poor customer service. I understood that my ubox was going to be stored indoors. It was not and contents had some internal moisture. Thankfully, I did not have the wood container. No fault of Jim Campen-they don't appear to be equipped for inside storage and I'm not sure how that location was selected by Uhaul.Nancy B.

I was wrongly connected to a ubox contract purchase, so I can't say Uhual did a good job in that arena, but the person I spoke with on the phone was nice and said he'd fix the problem(find the right owner and get the bill off my account since it's not me). It's been a day and I haven't been called back, but I trust he'll get to the bottom and inform me. That's been my experience.jessica M.

The staff at the location where my Uboxes arrived were unfriendly, confused the fact the dates, the fact that I have to unload them with telling to load them. Took them 2 hours to find although called 3 times in advance, central phone number, traffic control and the location. This was a substituted drop off location. When I tried to deliver the trailer at the location I selected, the location was closed and no one would answer the door. The manager, who acted drunk, finally told me through the door to come back in two hours. Then the manager then told me I could not leave the trailer there. He suggested I leave the trailer down the street and tell UHaul where to pick it up.i called UHaul's 800 number and they told me they couldn't do anything. When I called another UHaul number, they directed me to this location, who preformed professionally and very well.PAUL H.
Spray a little wd40 on the ratchets for the straps. But it wasn't anything I wasn't used to so no biggie. It worked perfectly.ROBERT H.

Online, it told me I would be paying around $45, plus the .70 something cents/mile. That made sense. However, including gas (which for whatever reason cost $25, even though I did not use $25 worth of gas) my total was around $200. Would not recommend due to the price. Also, it turns out I could have just put the two pieces of furniture I needed to transport in my car, but I thought my roommate and I would be buying more, but we did not. RIP to my wallet. The workers are very nice, so thank you so much for that. The process was quick and easy, too!Alexis E.

No customer service at all. Ordered truck online and had to wait for 5 minutes while someone was on the phone. No attempt at all, even just to tell me "I'll be right with you." Another worker came in and I had to ask him for my key. Again, no customer service at all. Barely said a word to me. This is the worst Uhaul experience I've ever had (and I've rented at least a dozen times). You should choose your partners more carefully. This location is terrible.Patrick D.

Truck air conditioning did not work. Many, many issues with check in. Folks were nice but Mia-represented where I could drop the truck off in Naples. They said I could drop off anywhere which was not true. Very poor customer service on both ends.PATRICK M.

Jim Campen Trailer Sales was great, as a location. My impression of U-Haul as a company, however, is very low, because of the way their app works. It's just not very well designed. And after booking to pick up my truck in East Asheville the system rerouted me to pick it up and drop it off in South Asheville which added 9 miles one way to my journey. U-Haul charges by the mile, so this added over $20 to my bill. Patently disingenuous maneuvering which takes advantage of the customer.John H.
