The location was cool, but you people canceled my original reservation through Weaver's Fairway lube center and pushed my reservation back. This cost me alot of money in labor costs and mileage and fuel. I've been a loyal customer but might reconsider my options due to corporate rescheduling (the computer says I can't give you this truck that I just reserved for you personally!) . In addition, the truck that I reserved was given to my competitors whilst I was made to drive to the other side of town to pick up at a later time to pick up. It cost me a lot of money and was terrible customer service at the UHAUL (corporate) level. I feel as though I'm entitled to either an apology or a refund. Every time I speak to your customer service representative they leave me on hold for half an hour and then drop my calls (possibly intentionally) during transfers. Last time I was put in a broken truck with a broken transmission, ignition and paid significantly more for fuel and labor. Tell your IT people to get the customer service angle figured out. Will consider Penske and Budget options if this is not resolved by someone with a degree of authority in your organization.David H.
