I had a poor experience filling the van back up with gas. I filled it about 0.5-1 gallon at a time, checking by turning the car on to see the gas level each time. The indicator stayed at the same level (half tank) for about 9 or so gallons, then shot to full. I'm sure I bought way more gas than was needed (12.5 for only 40 miles) and spent almost $80 for it. Is there any way to be re-credited for some of the extra gas that I put in the van?Rachel F.

Don't lose people's keys for rentals! I ended up loosing over $1000 worth of stuff because I ended up getting a smaller rental and had to get help from other people to move. I'm still very upset. Uhaul needs to make sure previous drivers leave the proper keys!Jacqueline R.
I was not able to access the vehicle until almost 2 hours after my reservation. Uhauls buggy 24/7 online application was extremely fussy and did not recognize my reservation. Despite spending 30+ minutes with uhaul reps the issue was not resolved. Luckily Haley, one of location reps sad able to manually text me the code to the lock box. She was very helpful and responsive. I lost 2 previous hours of my reservation and would not recommend using their 24/7 after hours online system until the company makes a significant investment in a stable application.Oretola T.
Overcharged a fuel fee when I left more fuel in the vehicle than when I received it. I even have pictures and evidence. Not sure why they would do this.Alexandro R.
