The online aspect of acquiring and returning the vehicle was terrible. It had the potential to be an awesome option but totally sucked in the software end of things.CAROL J.

Sierra was wonderful and a great helper. I was really upset because my reservation was moved to a location 15 miles away from the one i made the reservation for. Sierra helped me a lot to make it a positive experience despite my frustration with the uhaul company.senia B.
Direct the customer to an actual U-haul Rental Center and not some seedy gas station with less than adequate personnel. Their customer service was extremely poor.LUIS G.

We scheduled our truck months in advance and I even called multiple times to confirm that our truck would be ready at 7 AM. They assured me I could use the app to pick it up, yet when I arrived it said it was unavailable and told us to come back when they opened in 3 hours after driving 35 minutes out of the way because it was the only truck available. Luckily, the gas station was open but they had one girl doing the work of 4 people. She was very sweet and helpful but she was running the gas station, selling pipes and bongs, renting U Hauls and selling cars all by herself. It took us over an hour to get the paperwork done due to her having to stop multiple times to help other customers with various things. Nothing was explained to us and we were horrified to discover that the truck we had to drive over halfway across the country with had a check engine light on. When we called they said that was all they had available so we just had to deal with it. It added a ton of stress to an already stressful day for us.TYLER W.
It took them an hour to get me vehicle and they did not have proper internet service for info they were requesting from me. They ran into a problem and just said it was the end of the line; I had to request that they call the company to sort issue. They then assured me that there would be no penalties for return if I couldn't get phone to work for check in because of poor service. I got my bill today with after hours charges that I shouldn't have to pay. And they charged me for the full rental time even though it took them an hour to get the the vehicle which cut into my rental time. I called them today and no one answered. I am currently rly waiting for a response from customer service department that I emailed earlier today to see if they can make this right.PENINA B.

The truck I wanted was not available because of mechanical problems encountered by the prior renter. The manager of this location offered me an alternate vehicle which worked just fine for my needs. Very kind and accommodating staff. Thank you!Leeann L.

Make sure you are available to pay attention to the customer when they arrive. Make sure you walk around the truck with the customer, make sure dolly or anything else thats being charged for, Is in the trunk, that way the customer isn't charged for something they didn't get and Not accused of not returning equipment that was never received. I still haven't received my money back, that I s considered an overage. I am still owed $48.00 from my deposit of$102.00PAMELA W.
Didn't even know it was a drop off. Extremely busy and difficult location to enter with big truck. Personnel were helpful. Don't want to give bad rating because it was adequate and close to home. I would use it again if necessary.David K.
My online confirmation told me the wrong location. Was rudely told to go to some gass station. Where there was no one to even give me the truck. Had to wait over 45 min for the owner of the gass station to show up. Then tell me there's an issue with my Reservation. After getting that taken care of. Back of truck was dirty. Blankets all over the back. Dolly sliding all over the place not mounted. Truck ran poorly with no power. Then had to return the truck next to a group of homeless people camped out side the gass station at 1030 pm was very scary did not feel safe.AUSTIN T.
