Your online check-in process needs work. The website crashes while up-lading images.
Sushil KIt was basically a small gas station without any U-Haul signage.
KEITH AFrustrated that the size truck I reserved was not available, despite my repeated checking to ensure I got the smallest truck. They act as if it's a perk to be issued a bigger truck, one that is harder to maneuver and uses more gas. And on top of that, they hold you to the bare minimum of miles, and charge the just 6 over that. Insane. More of a U-Haul complaint than location issue.

Gary HEasier parking options would be great, small lot
Lauren MI was charged for a fuel fee even though I fully replaced my used fuel. This needs to be figured out for future customers.
Amber KThe physical location being close to UVA campus is fantastic. It being inside a convenient store threw me off when we arrived and made be a bit unsure that we were at the correct location. However, the person who assisted us was incredibly nice and helpful and made the entire process smooth and easy!
