There were no personnel. I would not drop a trailer off here again as it is not in a safe neighborhood to begin with and additionally, it was poorly lit, unmarked, and no clear indication of where to drop anything off after hours. I really didn’t even see a clear indication of an office space if I would have gone during the day. Please remove this as a drop-off location.

But the drop off was a nightmare. No one was there to accept the uhaul. It was a very sketchy place in Tucson. Took it to a real dealership across the street. They were very nice to accept it. Contacted some one at uhaul and said it would be ok to take it. Please don’t send us to a place like that again. We tried calling them and said know one was available to help. Take them off your return list. They are on Benson. A scary place to go too. Unacceptable. For some reason it showed we had checked into their place but no one was there to do that. Anyway that’s what the dealership said that was across the street. It was so weird. He said they will take care of it and they were very kind in doing so. Why wouldn’t you have given us them in the first place. The other place looked like a place from hell. We didn’t even want to get out of our car

They gave me a trailer with a broken axel. The tires popped 30 minutes into my travel and they never checked the trailer before I left. The lights did not work and it was an overall disaster

I don't want to be that guy but service was not up to par. Lady at the place was not not on station and was helping another customer through her cellphone. I had an appointment at 10:00 and there was no one to see. I did get my rental eventually. People sign up to be a Uhaul franchise but fail on occasion.

Have someone there who can actually process your order and not tell you to go somewhere else. Have An electrical harness attached to the trailers So you don't have to go purchase one. Was over a hundred degrees and there was no air conditioning in the building. It nearly am hour to do 1 rental.

I would not recommend dropping off a rental at this place. The employees were more into their motorcycles and whatever they were doing behind the building. The one employee was sitting there on his phone and didn't realize we were parked outside. I had to go in the building and ask for some help. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND A PLACE TO DROP OFF.

Why allow people to make reservations online when places to pick up truck not available. 2calls regarding reservations. Glad I asked for extra mileage as place to pick up truck would have made me pay for the extra mileage at 2nd location, not offered from customer service. You need to know what to say and ask.
