I took us 1:30 to get into the truck. We were told that the word to open the lock would be text to us and it was not. Had to talk to 4 people at U-haul before we could get in. Left our out in the cold in more ways than one. NO we will not recommend you and we will not be using U-haul in the future.

I would never recommend u-haul, Not there storage services or their equipment neither their u-haul trucks due to the fact that they will and always have added extra hidden fees and unexplained fees to your bank account
