When I opt for an electronic pick up, it would be helpful if I didn't have to wait 10 minutes for someone to verify on your end. When I call customer service they pretty much tell me there's nothing they can do other than allow me a pick up at a different manned location. They did not seemed concerned that we've been planning this move for weeks and we have individuals waiting on us to return with the truck to take on a huge job for the day. The CSR was entirely nonchalant and seemed unconcerned. NEVER again will I opt for electronic pick up.Calvin B.

I have used you multiple times and I'm a say that, of all the locations, this one was by far the best experience! I have one complaint however, regarding the moving service associated with U-Haul. I have never had any complaints prior to this regarding any moving help. However, this particular one definitely Warrents attention. For the record, I sent a previous complaint but have not received any reply. The moving service I used was called Road Runners, possibly something similar. I would not even make a complaint regarding the movers (although, if they worked for me I would probably want to know about their worth ethics) I am not one to sweat the small stuff but This particular issue is not a small one. After making it clear which items I needed to be moved, the two young movers appeared to have â€œforgottenâ€ the most important item that I was paying to have moved. This was the only item of any value...My curve television. They were very reluctant and even stated how they wouldn't want to damage it and weren't sure if it would fit. I told them that this particular item was one of the reasons I hired help to begin with, and that I would be glad to remove smaller items in order to make space for this television. With all this in mind, they were made fully aware of exactly what items that I needed moved from the very beginning. Unlike previous people that have helped in the past through U-Haul, these two guys required almost constant guidance over even the small things as to how to load and what to load. In fact, I jokingly referred to them as â€œmillennial moversâ€ Bottom lineâ€¦ When it was all said and done, The TV was moved and when I initially went to plug it in there were two vertical lines on the left side of the screen which were completely new. His television was in excellent condition Prior to this move. I am only asking that the television be inspected and repaired to they stated it was in prior to the move. I have never had any issues whatsoever with this television prior to the two guys that moved it. I would appreciate your help in resolving this matter as soon as possible. I did initially send a message Regarding this issue. I only discovered that something went wrong when I attempted to look for a reply this evening. In all fairness, I could have possibly made a mistake when sending the message. Either way,I would appreciate a reply as well as some help to get my television back in its original working order before the condition possibly deteriorates. Thank you very much! Vonda UnruhVonda U.

It took the representative 30+ minutes to get the computer working and the contract finished. He then hooked up the car hauler for my wife and failed to tighten the hitch. When we loaded a car on the car hauler it came off the ball and nearly struck my son. Over all poor experience. The equipment functioned well.ed L.

Parking break notification would not stop the entire travel time. Call this location he said he was closed at 4:30pm. Called the U-Haul service center was on hold for 45 minuets and then got hung upon. Called back for another 45 minutes and still no answer.
