I asked to have in person pick up but no one was there, so had to call number on door no one answered. Called U-hauls 800 number to get things straightened out. Then had to used website to pick up truck. That was a pain website was lagging. Took over 45 minutes to pickup truck just to find out they didn't give us the utility dolly.
Beatrice YUhaul was clean on the inside, with the smell of cat litter. Box truck was in okay condition, quite a decent bit of exterior damage not shown in pictures when picked up
