It's a one-man operation and it takes a while to get processed when he has to take care of the gas station, the snakes and other sales. Bathroom is a disaster!

Worst service ever. Gas station guy wasn’t there till 40 minutes after stores posted opening hours. U haul teanfers me to a number that needs a pin that no one tells me Then I call again and they give me a 6 digit code for a 4 letter lock box. Then I call again and they said I have to actually go inside and there is no lock box. After a 28mile total move. I was charged $98! What????? For 28 miles and a $19.99 rental. And tax and some insurance I paid for.... And now these jokers are trying to charge me $50 more with out even notifying me. This is fucking robbery. I’m going to sue

Very pleasant experience. Was able to rent the van quickly. It was in excellent condition. It was very easy to turn it in at the end as well. Great experience! I plan on recommending it to friends and using it again when I need it.

This location is always very kind to me. I prefer to do my rental in person and David is wonderful. I do wish they kept more of the small vans and pickups I rent but their lot is only so big.

I think I was charged for a full tank of gas, when I received it half full. That, or I was charged ~$18 for about half a gallon of diesel. Was disappointed that I felt set up to pay for someone’s tank, when they didn’t pay for mine.

When I first came in, I walked up to the desk and asked to rent a U-Haul. The gentleman working the front desk said that his "system was down" and that I had to call or do fill out the info online first then come back. No problem. I went online, filled out all of the information and went back in. I guess he had problems finding the information I filled out. He started to fill it out by hand (his system was not broken as he had mentioned before, and he just didn't want to have to do it by hand.) He then complained that it's a lot of work for him, and told me to call U-Haul so that it would automatically show up on his system. I said no, I had already filled it out online and that we could just fill it out then and there. He complained more and then started to fill it out. He got confused with some stuff and asked me to go behind the desk and fill out some of the information myself. We really needed to get the U-Haul right then and there, otherwise I would have gone to a different location. Pretty unprofessional experience. I do want to say, when I dropped off the U-Haul, there was a different gentleman who was working and he was much friendlier/professional. Maybe the first guy was just having a bad day, but he really didn't want to have to do any work. Oh, also, he got a call on his cellphone while he was "helping" us, and he picked up and left his friend on the line, who was talking/singing the whole time. Not the greatest experience!

The location by itself is convenient. The truck was not well maintained in my opinion. The truck wasn't totally full when I picked it up and yet I was to bring it back full. It took 10 minutes to just get the truck that I pre-ordered with all the computer input items. Then the truck was squeezed into a very small space that the guy who was working there could hardly get out of (inch my inch) and took a long time (all on my time). There were other trucks that weren't squeezed into such a small space but he said the computer gives him the truck that should be assigned..... The receipt doesn't tell me exactly what I paid. I had to hand him the sheet he gave me with the mileage written on it (which I didn't check the total so my fault) because he was so busy it would have taken another 20 minutes to check out when I returned the truck. I filled up the truck with gas to more than it was when I rec'd it, so I don't know if he charged me for the correct mileage or not. The location is good so there is a lot of traffic but for one slow guy working, he needed more help as there was people standing around both times I was there and waiting a while.

I had reserved a dolly in advance but when I showed up, I was told there were no dollies of the kind I wanted left. I had to end p paying more for a dolly that was not fit for my needs.

the padlocks are extremely difficult to open, especially at night, they are old and don't function properly. also when they are chained to the gate its difficult to actually move the numbers and see what is right and what is wrong. I spend a lot of money for this place, you could at least upgrade the padlock or create a different more technologically advanced system that wasn't from the dinosaur age.

I rented and was confirmed a 15' truck. When I arrived, I was told that none were available . . . even though I saw three in the lot. After a bit of time, and seeing that I would not get a '15 truck, I said I would just take the 10; truck. As a result, I had to take two trips to the recycling center instead of two; doubling the mile, time, and gas that was required. When I returned the manager asked if it worked and I said, I had to take two times the trips, time, miles, etc. He did nothing; but charge me for what was his/your mistake. By the way, when I returned there was still one 15' truck on the lot. Nice business scam. You did not meet your commitment and charged me double for your fault. I have been used to better service and treatment from Uhaul.

The mobile check-in was cumbersome. I the verification process had problems, they couldn't get a hold of my 2nd contact, and while I had a picture of my passport with me this wouldn't work. The system requires my actual passport in hand, which is a bit silly because I'm not going to want to take my passport to the uhaul place. A quick option to just verify with the person there would be nice.

The truck I rented was great and the pickup location was easy. The problem is the mobile pickup didn't work and after 15 minutes of no approval or response by the phone or chat features, I had to go in to the location. The person I checked out the truck with wasn't friendly.

The owner needs to replace the person working today June 19. Nasty and uncoorperative. When we walked in without a reservation he yelled that they don't rent trucks without a reservation. When we explained that the owner had worked with us before he finally agreed; however, his demeanor and personality are so negative that we will NEVER be back again.

Check in process took a little bit because the cashier had to bounce back and forth between tending to the register and checking in. But otherwise super convenient. Had the vehicle I needed. No issues.

The UHaul vehicle reeked of cigarette smoke: my husband has gotten sick this morning because we drove with the windows down for 60 miles because it was so unpleasant. I am also about to do IVF and I’m afraid the cigarette smoke remnants caused some sort of a health hazard for me as well. Not good. We are unhappy.

Make sure to check uhuals to see if the items such as a dolly are provided when requested. But other Than that the manager of this place is great!

The guy that owns the place (I’m assuming) is really nice and doesn’t push you in getting the additional options if you don’t want to. Not inviting looking since it’s an old gas station, but customer service was great.

Truck was clean with the exception on a shaving razor head in the cup holder. When I went to pick up my truck I was told that they didn't have my size available because the truck had been stolen. I asked if they could provide another truck and they were going to rent me a truck at a higher cost. I asked for them to please give me the same rate, I was told they would give me a discount. I would not recommend this location as the driving in and out of the area was extremely congested. Very difficult to maneuver in and out of the gas station area.

When I first made the reservation. The woman on the phone made it seem as though I had to choose either a.m. or p.m. and not the whole day. On top of that she added a dolly,furniture dolly and blankets without even asking. I picked up the truck and when I got to where I was moving from, I realized all those items were in the truck. I did not use them because I have my own moving equipment. Luckily the man I returned the truck to was able to remove those charges.

The service at pickup was pleasant but at drop off it was quite impersonal and mediocre at best. Communication was minimal and he could not even acknowledge my presence. I think it was the owner's son.

I've used two separate vehicles within the last 2 weeks and have been very satisfied. Returning the vehicles to a gas station is very convenient and they let me leave my car there while I drive around the rental. Otherwise, street parking has a 2 hour limit. I recommend this location for uhaul rentals.
