The dirtiest U-Haul. Track was not clean. They charged me $14 for "Safemove", which I did not select when placed the order online. This is an optional coverage and should not be enforced. Our fault - we did not read contract carefully in the office before signing, print is so small and we were on hurry. Just assumed that it has what we've ordered. Besides, they did not send confirmation email with itemized order, so I don't have a proof of what I actually ordered. Very dishonest.Sergei S.

My credit card was charged three different times and my credit card flagged it as fraud due to three charges I had to call the corporate to get help with refunds for why this location billed me three times. My bank is pending the deletion of the charges but the money is out $400 so if you have less that that in your bank account for use of a moving truck id take my chances elsewhere!!! The Apexocation was great! The issue is that you allow customers to make reservations based on their needs and not whats available. You should state upfront before customers click to "reserve" that they may have to drive up to fifty miles or .ore to get the equipment--and the location STILL might change the day before it's needed. The place is efficient and the person working is friendly. But the actual truck had cosmetic damage that was not marked at check-in. This makes me concerned I might be held liable. The cab of the truck was not clean and looked like someone had been smoking cigarettes in it. When driving the truck also sounded not great, but I wasn't driving far. Overall an average experience with U-Haul. Definitely have had better experiences but this was pretty typical.David S.

- vehicle had a very bad stench which got me nauseous - vehicle could have been cleaner - online check in did not work and had to get it done manually - store person kept calling and putting mental pressure on returning the vehicle, I haven't had this experience with other locations - per U-Haul online return instructions, we locked the truck and put the keys in the drop box. Store person came out and started yelling at us saying we should have returned it to the store. All we followed were instructions by U-Haul and had to get an earful from the store guy which is very sad.Chiranjeevi D.

I had a VERY difficult time getting the gas cap off to put gas in the truck I rented, so I called the store for advice. I was told â€œwell I certainly am not driving to you to show you how to do it, be patient.â€ (Mind you, I asked for advice, not for someone to go out of their way and show me what to do.) I replied â€œoh my goshâ€ and was then hung up on. Upon arriving back to the store, I was chastised for using the Lord's name in vain. Not that it's anyones business, but I'm very Catholic and attend church every Sundayâ€¦ I do not need to be ridiculed over my choice of words. ESPECIALLY after the movers I set up through Uhaul were 3 hours and 15 minutes late, turning my entire day upside down. Overall, not happy with today.Meghan O.

Vent above passenger legs was missing and venting engine heat. It was very hot and almost burned the passengers legs. This is a big hazard that we did not realize until after loading the truck and having a passenger in the seat.Daniel M.

The young man that assisted us, I believe his name was Jonathan, was excellent. His attention to detail and good service was greatly appreciated. The problem we have is that the trailer had a bad tire on it which is no fault of his. You guys delivered it to him. We also had to go to that location versus the one we were 100% guaranteed to go to. The experience was terrible working with Uhaul. I still don't have the situation straightened out at this time.Ron H.

Customer service was GREAT, very easy to communicate with and flexible when changes were needed. Equipment was great, too. My only negative comment would be the appearance of the property, inside and out. Lots of trash outside. Public bathroom was a disaster and barely functional. It was a strange mismatch to see a well-run business but also a complete disregard for the surrounding environment.
