The Trailer was supposed to be 4x7 ft. It actually measured several inches under 4 ft. Wide and this made it unusable after hauling ingredients up north several 100 miles to haul a lawn tractor home

The store was closed when we went to turn in the uhaul. I did not interact with any staff. I dropped off using the mobile uhaul app, which was really simple.

Had reserved a dolly and paid. Informed upon arrival that none were available anywhere locally and that reserving them ahead of time doesn't guarantee having them. This made my move much more difficult.
