Very nice people and a very easy check in/put process. The location was great. The truck as a whole was fine. The cleanliness of the cabin wasn't great but it was acceptable. The engine had some mechanical issues. It lurched and jerked when accelerating. It made the 200 miles I drove very uncomfortable and some of my things I was moving were damaged.SHANNON H.

I only needed an afternoon rental, and this location worked out well. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it took about 15 minutes for the process once I got there - problems with wifi and also the truck had not been checked in when returned by last user. Luckily we weren't in a huge hurry, or that would have been very irritating. A great thing about this place is that they are open til 7pm, while many of the other rental places are only open til 5pm.SUSAN A.

#1 i was over charged will see if it will come off like they said. Had van for less than 2 hours and they said over 100 miles. Didn't go over 30 miles. Van drove fine on side streets but like crap on highway.DAVID S.

Everything was good. Check-in / check-out was easy. The cargo van was clean & ready to go. I was anxious about leaving my own car overnight due to a rash of break-ins in our area, so, the store's owner directed me to park at the front of the store, and came outside with me to point out the location/direction of some of the security cameras, where any activity would be recorded (my car was fine). Make sure that U-Haul online makes very clear that a PERSON NEEDS to complete the information online beforehand, and the site needs to emphasize that the truck and supplies are not paid for yet, till the driver's license, second's person's phone #, etc. is received- this should all be stated on the website so that when a person goes there, they have everything they need to just pick up the truck and leave. The manager there was extremely rude with a chip on his shoulder.Chris C.

I would hesitate picking up or returning at this location after dark otherwise it was easy to find and conveniently located. We did the contactless pick up and it was pretty easy to get the truck but I would recommend taking pictures for yourself if the mileage and gas, I found these hard to locate upon return to fill up the tank correctly. The return process had some glitches in the website that made it somewhat time consuming but overall it worked very well for us and I would recommend!Katherine G.

The vehicle was not checked in at the site. Which could have potentially cost additional charges; had to make what should of not been needed calls to ensure that Uhaul knew that the truck was returned. Also call again to confirm that they indeed knew it was returned.Sarah G.

Agent tried to get me to pay an extra one hundred dollars but I told him I had my confirmation for $152.00, and he said yes but you added $40 insurance to which I replied .... yes that makes the bill $192.00 not $296.00. He then called someone and spoke in a foreign language then came back and and agreed with my math. Did not trust himJim K.

Your online check in is not user friendly on time. I was dropped off and left there waiting for 45 minutes while you confirmed things that could have been done days in advance. Worst experience I've had yet with uhaul. Not sure I'd be inclined to rent from here again. Called customer service line and got no one for 15 minutes and chat gave no proactive updated. Uhaul called and said my trailer was ready to pick up at any time. My reservation was for 4:30pm, but I arrived at about 3:50. The employee working did not know how to check out the trailer (I had already paid online and pre-registered). She called the boss who asked if I could come back in about 20 minutes. Since my reservation was for 4:30 I said sure and came back at 4:30. Still no boss. The employee was nice and apologetic. Since I had already paid, she said I could just take the trailer (which I did). Then I called uhaul customer service and they were extremely helpful and were able to complete the necessary paperwork and email me the contract so everything was in order. I reserved the trailer online. This was not my initial rental location choice but uhaul changed the pickup location. It is clearly stated on the online registration that this is a possibility so I understand, but I've reserved two trailers online and neither was at the preferred location. The first time it worked out ok but this time not so much.Phillip S.
