We were charged for a two wheeler but there was not one on the truck. We had to borrow one from a friend.

The experience of the trailer and location were fine. The billing experience is a nightmare. U-Haul debited our account because of error entering the trailer when it came back. $1,747. We now have a $50 overcharge on our bank statement that I am going to insist U-Haul reimburse because of their accounting error. We are trying to work with local dealer where we picked, but they have not communicated a resolution to this issue. Very poor representation of U-Haul
No improvements needed! Everything was top notch! We were treat with the upmost respect! The price was better than expected! Thank you so much!
Very strange and unprofessional pick up. No one was actually on site to rent us the trailer. We talked on the phone and then he emailed me all of the contracts, which i never had the opportunity to sign off on. Drop off was the same; No one was at the drop off location. We texted a picture of the drop off to the contact we had and I still received an email saying we “didn't return the trailerâ€. Spoke on the phone with a very nice woman and she assured me that we did everything we needed to do. Ended up being resolved. Still very odd way to run a rental program. Would not recommend this specific location- off of KERTH Rd in STL.
What a great company to work with. Very flexible and accommodating. The two movers worked very hard and with great care for our items. Truly Tetris experts in packing the truck. What a wonderful set of guys to work with. I hope the company takes good care of them and hold on to them.
It was a little tricky trying to rent the trailer, but once I figured it out everything went very smoothly.
I received my final invoice and was charged for a tank of gas. The invoice shows that the tank was EMPTY when the truck was returned. I have a photo showing the mileage and a FULL tank of gas. The location is attempted to charge me $114.00 for gas they didn't have to put in the tank. This is a scam and I won't be paying it!
Show up at 9 o'clock when they were supposed to open and nobody was there. Didn't get there till 930. Order 12 blankets only got 10.
It was super easy picking up the truck from the person, I'm sorry I can't remember his name but he was very helpful and let us know exactly what to do before and after using the truck. It was even easier dropping off, just took a couple pictures, a few clicks on the phone, drop the key in the box and head home. We even dropped the truck off just a tad bit later than our scheduled time due to traffic, and no extra charge or fuss. Will definitely use this location again in the future. Thanks so much!!!!
Best experience I've ever had!
Make sure to watch what they charge you. It's not accurate.
Quick and easy to rent, staff very helpful and kind.
After somewhat of a rough start, the experience was positive, overall. I checked in/out online, and there was great confusion as to where the keys to the vehicle were. The lock box could be marked better. Also, when I checked in, I received a message to go inside the building and retrieve the key, rather than a code. If I had been given the code right off, there likely would have been no problem at all. Very grateful to the nice young man that ultimately helped me get on the road.
We got to a church parking lot, rang the bell and a woman said the keys were in the truck we were supposed to get and the truck number was on our contract. There was no number on the contract. We called the phone number on the contract nd it took the customer service person about 15 minutes to find out what we were supposed to do. There was a lock box with the key in it. Some one eventually called us with the combination to the lock box. So it took at least 30 minutes of confusion and frustration that could have been avoided by being told the process to pick up the truck when the reservation was made.
A+++ service and quick response from the area general Manager
This location was very good to work with. Very friendly.
Bigger sign out front near the road.
Actually have someone knowledgeable about the operation call you back. Once I met Scott. Everything fell into place, very helpful and friendly.
Trailer was dirty and my contract was altered to include safe move insurance that I had rejected in the initial application. I brought this to the attention of customer service 75min after pulling off the lot when I was sent the contract via email.
I had a car hauler rented. The hours of operation said open at 9:00am. I drove 300 miles and had to call number on door to get ahold of someone. This rental took a little over 1.5 hours. And made me late for said pick-up.
I had called twice and left a message but never received a return phone call. Please return phone calls.
It was confusing when I first started looking at a un-manned facility. Called 800 number and they explained process. Overall quick and easy. Don't call church even though number is on UHaul website. Very un-informed and just confuses the issue more.
The young man at this location was very polite and efficient.
Scott was great and friendly
Nobody was at the location at the scheduled time. Had to have someone complete the pick up over the phone and she was extremely helpful and professional.
Some instruction on what can be rented via a share contract and what cannot. Instruction on the completion of a contract. Very nice people at church in action but very bad rental experience
Location was convenient & the ability to pick up the truck at my leisure was very appealing to me. I would highly recommend this location especially for reasons of being able to pick the truck on your own time.
returned to a church on a Sunday. no one around was knowledgeable on even how to handle the return. had to get the pastor to figure it out.
