This was the second drop off location given to me because the first location didn't exist. This location was hard to locate because the only sign indicating it was a drop off is the size of a stop sign set back off the road behind buildings. There were no envelopes or forms available to fill out at the location. Snow was piled high around the drop box and was not easy to access. There were no personnel there to help.CHANDLER F.

I picked up the truck with 1/4 tank so I returned the truck with the fuel gauge just over 1/4 tank, maybe the needle touching 1/4 tank but on the + side of it. Then I get billed an extra $52 for â€˜fuel service' and their â€œgraphâ€ showing that I left it with less than 1/8 tank. Complete BS lie!! I should have taken a picture of the fuel gauge before I left but shame on me, lesson learned. I would not use the Plaistow location again.Richard H.

I reserved 6 pads and 1 appliance dolly, and picked up the truck after hours which was convenient. There were 12 pads and 0 appliance dollies in the truck and had to drive to Lawrence to straighten it out...booChad P.
