I went to three locations to find an auto transporter. Your app sucks because it said all three had one. I was cut off the go uhaul line twice after being on for 10 minutes each time. The location was great. Uhaul help, not so much. How hard is it to know where your equipment is located?

You should keep more drop off points in Zip code 19702.. Iam staying in south-side and all the pickup points are on the north or other sides of the city zipcode. I had to travel 9 miles to drop at the nearest possible location Charging Gas charges are not acceptable for 6 miles.. Does it cost $15.45 ? (not even in Hawaii). Please be fair with your billing system, you have to consider the billing manually sometimes. I spent extra money in cleaning and sanitizing your truck.

Well the beginning of my rental was a total screw up. I originally tried to rent from Ed Pretco but then UHaul sent me to another location 20 minutes away in the wrong direction. When I arrived, they had no trailers at all. Then after holding on the phone for 20 minutes they were able to find a trailer at Ed Pretko's location. What a mess!

Could not refuel the gas in the truck. For some reason, the fuel pump stops refueling as if the tank is full. I called the customer care and they did not respond properly. They kept me waiting on the call before coming to a proper conclusion and they hung up. They said they will call the roadside assistance but that never happened. Ended up paying $3.50 per gallon finally.

Trailer we reserved was ready to go when we got there. Staff were friendly and professional and gave clear specific instructions about safely connecting and using the trailer to our vehicle. Unit we rented was in good condition and in good working order. Would definitely use this location again!

I sanitized the equipment myself. I give the location a high rating because of the representative working. He went beyond his duty to help. U haul overall was lousy they directed to the wrong location I didn't get the size truck I ordered and the order was a mess. The rep did everything he could to make up for the headache.

I didnt know Uhaul credit card system is down so at the time of my reservation i reached at the location to pick up the truck but when i reached over there the guy present at the location said to me Uhal system is down without cash you cant get a truck. I just said i dont have cash at the time of reservation i already gave info regarding my credit card but he said you dont get it until tou have a cash. So i said okay let me call Uhaul and see what they can do and the guy said to me in very rude nature go ahead good luck and see what they can do it for you. I left the place and call uhaul and the representative told me the same but when i call 2 nd time to change the pick up location the representative said no the guy was wrong you can take it without cash they just need to call and verify with the company regarding the credit card. And she called a area manager and asked me to go back to this place and the area manager come over there and did all process for me. And he also said yes credit card is good. So the guy over there wasted my 1 hour 30 minutes time.

You had to park out front and then walk WAY back to the office, and the sign (telling you where the office was) was very faded and small. We wandered around for 10 minutes before someone told us where the office was. The office was cramped and filthy. The app for uploading my driver's license photo wasn't working. I had been told I could pick the truck up at 7 am and directed to watch the Youtube video on how to do so, then it turned out the location didn't have that capability. We had to pick the truck up the day before or else we would have had to wait until 9 am.

I will NEVER rent a uhaul EVER again. My not only was my location changed at the last minute for which I was given a very difficult time for but that location also changed my rental contract without my knowledge costing me over $100 extra that I did not agree to pay which was taken automatically from my credit card without my knowledge or consent. So not only was I a victim of uhauls bait and switch but my card was also fraudulently charged. I cannot even put into words how angry I am with uhaul and I repeat that I will NEVER use uhaul ever again and I will be sure to share on all review sites, social media, and to all of my friends and family to also never use uhaul as you are conducting ILLEGAL business practices.

Make sure you don't walk away without paperwork. I got charged an extra 20$ for fuel that was never in the truck in the first place sent photos because the mileage was incorrect as well and never heard back from them.
