The owner was very rude and cocky. I got there early and his brother was handling it and went ahead and took me back even though I told him I was early then when the owner got there, he was like you people that came early. We don't open until 10 o'clock. But\n Yet the man that runs a computer and handles it all didn't get there till 1025, so he was like, never mind me early. His worker was late. Then, as we're driving down the highway, the hood lifts up, they didn't have the hood locked down on either side, I am going on Yelp, and everywhere I can to say, do not rent from this place. And even though I saved money, 'cause I went from Canton to Forney to get the truck, it wasn't worth it in the long run, I didn't walk out of there till an hour later on, getting my truck took me an hour to get it.

Karri JNot going to lie, when I saw the location I expected poor service, but man was I shocked when I walked in. GREAT customer service. Was in and out super quick. Wish I knew/remember the gentlemen’s name that was working the desk (date/time that the gentlemen worked was 5/8/2026, 10:41am was the time I got the text after making the reservation with him) very respectful, professional, also had a great sense of humor. He deserves a raise if he hasn’t already gotten one. Thank you again. Please give him recognition, most hard workers when overworked don’t get enough of it.
